A look back at the conference at the Conseil Québécois de la Coopération et de la Mutualité (CQCM) with Esplanade Québec
TREE Consulting had the pleasure of hosting a conference dedicated to marketing strategies specific to the Social Solidarity Economy (SSE), organized by Esplanade Québec for its client, the Conseil québécois de la coopération et de la mutualité (CQCM). The event brought together entrepreneurs and development partners committed to building a more equitable and sustainable economic model.
Strategies tailored to the specific needs of the SSE
Marketing in the SSE presents unique challenges. Unlike traditional businesses, SSE organizations must combine economic viability with social impact, while preserving their cooperative values. The aim of this conference was to identify the fundamentals of an effective marketing strategy, to offer immediately applicable tools and to co-construct solutions adapted to the participants’ realities.
Among the companies present, Data Coop Culture, a collaborative marketing platform dedicated to the cultural sector, shared its strategies for differentiating itself from the industry’s major private players (Google), focusing on social impact and data confidentiality. Ludociels pour Tous, a social economy enterprise specialized in UX design, illustrated how an inclusive and accessible approach can become a lever for market differentiation.
A collaborative and inspiring workshop
The event took place in an interactive format favoring exchange and co-construction. Participants showed great interest in the strategies presented and actively contributed to the discussions, demonstrating an impressive maturity in the marketing tactics already in place within their structures.
TREE Consulting was particularly inspired by the relevance of the entrepreneurial projects present, and by the participants’ commitment to developing innovative business models rooted in values of solidarity and sustainability.
Many thanks to the organizers and participants
We congratulate the entrepreneurs on their dynamism and creativity, and warmly thank the CQCM and Esplanade Québec for organizing this enriching conference.
Once again, the SSE is demonstrating that it is possible to combine economic performance and positive impact. TREE Consulting remains committed to supporting companies in this sector in their development and transition towards ever more innovative and sustainable models.
