On November 4, TREE Consulting and La Fabrique Agile co-hosted a flagship event at the Maison du d\u00e9veloppement durable: “How to start your sustainable innovation cell?”<\/em>. A day rich in learning, exchange and inspiration to support organizations in their socio-ecological transition through intrapreneurship and sustainable innovation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A day of exchange and action<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The event brought together committed professionals looking for concrete tools to integrate sustainable innovation into their organizations. Through conferences, collaborative workshops and networking opportunities, participants explored effective approaches to structuring a corporate innovation unit and fostering transformative initiatives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the highlights of the day was Nancy Morin’s inspiring talk, “Innovate or perish”<\/em>, from the Quebec Innovation Council , which<\/em> set the tone: sustainable transition is a strategic necessity for today’s businesses. The workshop led by our partner Ellio enabled participants to experiment with practical tools and methodologies for driving innovative projects aligned with today’s ecological and social challenges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rich exchanges and collective energy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Above all, the day was marked by the commitment of the participants. Discussions highlighted a common desire to go beyond conventional approaches and fully integrate sustainability into innovation strategies. The diversity of the profiles present – entrepreneurs, decision-makers, innovation experts – enriched the exchanges and helped forge links between the players involved in change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
